How to Register Your Team for the 2025-2026 Season
To compete in the 2025-2026 VEX Robotics season, your team needs to register on RobotEvents.com first. This registration gives your team a unique license number to compete in official events. Please follow the steps below carefully:
Step 1: Register or Renew Your Team on RobotEvents.com
Why: This step is necessary to get your team’s official license number for the season.

How: Visit robotevents.com. ​If you have an existing team, renew your registration. If you’re starting a new team, register your new team on the platform. ​Pay the $50 registration fee during the process to complete the registration.​​

Step 2: Complete the Consent Form
Why: This form is essential for compliance with competition rules and safety measures.

How: After registering your team, you must complete the consent form to proceed with the registration process.

Step 3: Submit Your Digital Engineering Notebook (DEN) and Innovative Design
Why: The DEN documents your team’s design process and is required to showcase your team’s innovation.
How: Submit your team’s Digital Engineering Notebook (DEN) and describe the innovative aspect of your robot design, which makes it unique and original.

Additional Information
Registration Deadline: All teams must complete their registration by December 19, 2025.
Educational Competition Events: After registering on RobotEvents.com and completing the inscription process, your team will be ready to participate in the events. Caribbean Robotics Academy organize three different types of Educational Competition Events: Cañuelas Robotics League, Regional Tournament and National Championship.

Fees: There is an annual team registration fee, which is required for participation in the season. This fee can be paid through RobotEvents.com during the registration process. Each Educational Competition Event also has a fee, which can be paid on CRA’s inscription process page.
