About empowerHER

Empowering the Next Generation of Women in STEM.

empowerHER is an initiative by Caribbean Robotics Academy (CRA) dedicated to inspiring girls and young women to explore robotics, engineering, and technology.

Through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and connections with women in STEM, empowerHER encourages participants to build confidence, develop new skills, and discover their potential.

WORKSHOPS & EXPERIENCES

Same Engineering. More Opportunities.

empowerHER creates dedicated opportunities for girls and young women to participate in CRA's specialized robotics and engineering workshops.

Selected workshops are offered as empowerHER editions, maintaining the same technical content while providing an encouraging environment that promotes confidence, collaboration, and participation in STEM.

MENTORSHIP & INSPIRATION

Real Stories. Inspiring Futures.

Through conversations and mentorship opportunities, participants connect with women in STEM who share their experiences, career journeys, and insights to inspire the next generation of innovators.
